- Performance advertising management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- AI SEO and search visibility optimisation
- Ad creative strategy and consulting
- WhatsApp and email marketing
- Brand strategy and growth enablement
- Performance audits and consulting
The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages and/or WhatsApp messages from Kontrah Labs. These messages may include service notifications, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and marketing communications.

By submitting your phone number through our website forms, booking pages, or verbally during a call, and checking the consent checkbox where applicable, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Kontrah Labs.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You may receive between 1–10 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Kontrah Labs is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send a one-time confirmation message and cease further SMS communications.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to all major Indian and international mobile carriers. Carrier liability is not assumed by Kontrah Labs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Kontrah Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
7. Client Work and Confidentiality
Any advertising account data, performance data, creative assets, or business information shared with us during the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. We will not share your business data with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
We may reference our work with you in anonymised case studies (e.g., “Premium Cosmetics Brand”) unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance
- Late payments may incur a charge of 2% per month
- Services may be paused for overdue accounts
9. Limitation of Liability
Kontrah Labs provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to ROAS, revenue, or traffic numbers. Past performance metrics shared on our website or materials are based on historical data and do not guarantee future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kontrah Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Kontrah Labs is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Kontrah Labs.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kontrah Labs, its founder, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding invoices remain due and payable.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website at any time for violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
